1- PROBLEM

The client found that on average their employees reached out to 2 wrong departments before contacting the appropriate one when they needed help, despite the induction they received on their first day. They estimated this knowledge gap had an impact on the employees’ efficiency as it entailed less than efficient problem-solving process.

2- MY SOLUTION

Realistic interactive practice consisting of simulation of exploring the premises of the company followed by a scenario-based learning activity to consolidate what was learnt in the simulation. Authoring tool: Articulate Rise.

3- OUTCOME

The client was happy with the training as following its implementation overall the employees 1) found their way around the company building better and 2) shortened the problem-solving process by reaching out directly to the appropriate department.
